Alexis is the Director of the Institute of Education at the trust. Her role at the Institute, which serves as a hub for professional development, school improvement, and teacher training, underscores her commitment to raising educational standards.

An established author in her own right, with a career exceeding two decades, Alexis has amassed extensive experience in senior leadership roles, focusing on enhancing teaching quality and fostering staff development. Her academic credentials include an MA with distinction in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Warwick.

Since joining the Trust Executive Group in 2021, Alexis has been dedicated to cultivating a positive and thriving work culture, where colleagues are encouraged to be the “best versions of themselves”.
