With over 22 years’ experience in Human Resources, Lisa is passionate about putting people at the heart of decisions while supporting business growth and development. Lisa holds degrees in Business & Finance, Human Resources, and Learning & Development, as well as a master’s in Strategic HR Management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how to balance employee wellbeing with organisational success.

Lisa’s career has spanned a variety of sectors, including working with trust doctors, construction companies supporting the building of trust academies, and major corporations such as the Co-op, Amazon, and TK Maxx. This breadth of experience has given her a wealth of expertise in the HR field, enabling her to tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

Lisa is now dedicated to using her knowledge to support future generations by ensuring that learning and the student experience meet the demands of today’s world, while helping to anticipate and overcome the challenges of tomorrow.
