Trustees
Stuart has lived in the community served by the trust since 1992. His wife has taught for 25 years in the local area and they have 2 children both of whom attended the local village primary school and then were educated to A-Level qualification at a Trust school.
Having achieved a B.Sc. In Maritime Studies in Liverpool, he has worked in various senior management positions in the European and UK road transport industry since 1986.
Stuart has been involved in various strategic projects with budgetary and financial responsibilities as well as meeting with globally recognisable Companies. A passion of his throughout his career has been to recruit staff and provide them with mentoring support and guidance to enable them to realise the best potential within themselves.
Stuart commenced as a Governor for The Polesworth School in 2010 and then moved the Main Trust Board of the Communities Academies Trust.
He strongly believes that state education is the cornerstone for all students to realise their pathway in life.
