Zoe is responsible for overseeing critical HR functions, including recruitment, retention, payroll, pensions, and compliance, while supporting leadership teams across the trust in navigating complex workforce challenges. 

 

With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, Zoe plays a pivotal role in implementing strategies that align with the trust’s mission to ensure excellence.
